Providence Home Care has a set of Policies and Procedures that support the company's day-to-day operations.

A Policy is a set of general guidelines that outline our plan for tackling an issue, while Procedures explain a specific action plan for carrying out a policy.

For example, a Health and Safety policy will detail specific issues, and Procedures will guide everyone on what actions to take.
